The exact purpose of this structure is as of yet still unknown. It does seem, however, to involve H2O collector stations, that have striking similarities to human-built models. Speculation is continuing as to why the Terraformer/Xenon require these quantities of H2O; some suggest that the machines may be conducting biological research of some sort.
