I just got back from a long exobiology expedition, and I'm at the Trailblazer Echo, but I don't know where to give the data, if everything's in lockdown.

Am I missing something? Or can we not turn in our data until the security state changes?

That seems a little silly to me if so, because I'm not going to risk thousands of systems worth of data while fighting in deadly combat.
