Comment feature redone

Awhile ago my site had a comment feature that I removed because of registration problems. I had a think today and wondered if I could reuse the user information from the forum. After some testing it appears I could.

I have finished recoding the comment system. To use it, simply write your message and your forum user-name and password (it has to be activated – the email). So you can now comment on ships, sectors, mods etc. however please don't misuse the comment feature nor ask questions. Questions go on the forum!
