Admin code being updated

I have been updating the admin code, which deals with the 'unseen' part of the site. The new code is easier to navigate and more 'direct'. Most people will never see the code (one reason why I didnt spend much time on it), it will make my life easier in the long run.

In the process of updating the code, I have fixed the link submission code. It was re-directing you to the 'wrong' page, when the form was filled in. You should be able to submit your links now!

I am also updating many parts of the site too, from design to code. One thing being the news system (as you can hopefully see).
