Secondary login system

The user system now has two methods of login you in. So hopefully this will keep you login and posting This has been a nightmare to get to work - hopefully its working now!!

-- [update] New mark 3 system, which needs a username, password and a valid email address. I hope this version will be the final one without any problems.

The only known issue, is that I couldnt get the system to sign you in for all the sites in one go. However you can sign into each part of the site (x3, x3t, ps3, forums etc.) and stay logged in for that part(s).
