Ship votes reset

Today I have reset all the votes cast on both the X3 and Terran Conflict ships. I have done because I have been changing the site around and knew this section required an update to its code - one feature being changing your vote (which you couldnt do before).

I also know now that spam-bots love to click on forums and post anything, which effects the scores. This updated code allows me to track which ships you have voted for and even compile a list of you most favourite ships, ie. Roguey's favourite ships are: x, y and z.

I hope you understand and are willing to sign-up/login and repost your scores!... you will gain experience on the site for doing so!
