Moderators now have ban sticks

All moderators can now ban users from the site. They can do this by visiting an members profile and use ban or unban user from a new mod menu. Moderators must have a good reason to ban someone from the site, such as spamming, posting bad content etc. A banned user can not log into any part of the site. The member list has been updated to include a banned list. I am glad to say this feature hasn't been required yet.
