Nav bar changes

The nav bar at the top of every page (here, forum, ps3, ammo, x3, x2, tc) has been changed to ul/li style code. Not only is the html smaller, more supported and better for search engines. This could help google with sitelinks - I dont know if we can get them yet but helping the search engines isnt a bad idea.

I have noticed that we had our highest amount of visitors lately... However, a lot seem to be MSNbot (bing is finally scanning the site). So maybe we can get some traffic from bing finally.

This site getting more and more optimized.
