Re-organizing of site

Some parts of the site are being moved internally, which include the X2, X3 and TC sites. I will hopefully minimum any downtime to those sites, however if you notice any problems, please let me know. Part of the reason for this re-shuttle is tidy up some folder and possibly make way for a new site for egosoft's TNBT.

[Update] All 3 sites have been moved, everything should be working as normal now.
