Forum changes

Today ive gave the forums a big tidy up. The main reason being the PS3 area - there were countless boards (none being used). My code would automatically create a new board for each PS3 game, this lead to 200+ boards being created. To combat this I had to add more code for genre's.

This tidy up also allows me to delete certain columns in the database and code in the forum. So it also looks neater coding wise. You may find some board id's have changed too, as it seems silly to use board id 238 for rebirth, when its actually number 20 now.

There will be some changes to the PS3 site too. I was over-ambitious with the PS3 site.
