Changes to polling

I have changed the poll system today to allow anyone to cast a vote without having to register on the site (like before). This will hopefully allow more people to join in and give a better poll result in the end. This may also make polls more useful in news posts too.

All poll results have been reset because of the changes. All polls wont be updated until a new vote is cast (due to caching): in-which the poll will go back to 1 vote.

Hopefully this makes sense and is better for everyone.
