Updates to Wiki

Today ive been working on the wiki: making it more wiki like. Before the wiki kind-of looked a bit similar to the rest of the sites, now that shouldnt be the case. This may make it easier to navigate for some. I have added quick links to the left, and made it scale too.

I have also reduced the editing/adding requirement of level 5, to 1. So hopefully allow more people to add/edit the wiki. Most of the code of the wiki hasnt changed although, and approval of any add/modified content is still required.
