Meme support added to the forum/comments

Something I wanted to add to the forum and the comment section is the ability to add Meme's. Meme's are small gif files that people use to express yourself online. You often find these on Facebook and Twitter, and many other comments systems too. So today I have added support for them by the site tenor.com. I know its not big news as such, but help it helps.
