Reach maximal boost speed in a highway.

You can gain maximal boost in a highway by following in the wake of other ships. Some ships travel faster than others, so switch between them when you can. You can move between lanes using the strafe controls. I got this achievement in a super-highway, however it should be possible in local highways too.
