Woot capped a Tyr! However it was surprisingly easy, its escorts didn't even attack. The first Tyr I found had a Hull Polarization Device installed. Instead of trying to fry it with IonDs I just looked for another. This one had an adv firewall and internal sentry lasers but my guys had no issues at all, they are all 5 star fighters and most are 5 star hacking too.

Now I need to work on capping Xenon ships. I have problems getting that extra marine aboard. Been doing a few missions for OTAS so I can get their M7M that holds 30 marines and use my Hyperion to hold down the shields (thats the plan anyway).

I ended up capping it twice. Once I damaged the hull too much. It was at about 40% hull the first time due to too many flails. Second time though I got it right and ended with 93% hull.

Majestic!

I'm really proud of myself for getting this. Now to kit it out...

a Tyr, always a nice capture, next get the Valhalla!!

in all honesty the ship ive had the most problems capping is the Odin! others dont find it as hard as the Tyr but it seems to be my achillies heel.
