Lighting up

Its been a fair few days since my last update; id just completed the first coat of paint (which made a huge difference). Since then I have been filling & painting to reduce the amount of lumps and bumps in the surfaces. It is a boring job but its required to improve the overall finish. Well with most/all of that done now, power can be turned back on (30th July). Maybe im being stupid but its kind-of sad knowing a room cant even power a light bulb. Anyway, this is how things looked at night with the lights on maximum (using 6500k LED bulbs - 5w each);




Its now getting for around 8 weeks. Hopefully I can get back up-there before the Olympics games (as I would like to see them). There is still more to be done - such as installing the air-vent, checking the paint and lots of cleaning. However at-least its not far from being completed now.

ps. before any cleaver-dick says there is a set of lights not working, those are part of the staircase lighting and not the dimmer. They do work.
