Getting fan-less

So its been a few days since my last update on this project - today is the 6th of July. This week hasnt gone to plan; the original plan was for dad to take this week off work to finish the plastering stage. However on the Monday night he told us that he only had two days left, and that his holiday doesnt renewed until October. So, as half way measure he has took two half days (Wednesday and Thursday). I am not sure whether we be ready for plastering this weekend, but hopefully we can make it. Anyway, today finished off installing the rest of the plasterboard on the ceiling. This wasnt a simple step, as the air-vent in the ceiling had to be rebuilt (it wasnt put in level).



We also decided to remove the two smaller fans on either end of the upstairs. These small 4" fans never got used and were quite noisy (they would vibrate directly above two bedrooms). So now all three positions are now plasterboarded;



Hopefully we can still reach our target this weekend. We will need to see how things plan-out during Thursday and Friday. If we can do it, then I can fully take over - doing the filling and painting. We be on the home-straight then.
