Surface Miner URV Mk2 (ware)
Like many other drone types, the Surface Miner URV is most effective when deployed in large swarms. It features grapplers capable of collecting comparatively small pieces of raw materials (mostly ores, but also crystals, Nividium, ice and others); it has, however, no mechanism for drilling into the surface of celestial objects, hence its name, Surface Miner.
