TER XL Travel Engine Mk1 (ware)

In general, Terran propulsion engineering has lagged behind their weapons advancements. Few Terran drives reach the performance of their counterpart models, though their travel engines are reasonable units.

Travel-class engines cannot boast the brute force acceleration levels of the Combat engine. However, they can reach higher speeds over longer distances.

Extra large, XL-size engines may only be fitted to vessels of the corresponding size category.

The Mark I drive is the basic model.
