Advanced Satellite (ware)

A static object used for observation, once deployed a satellite will pick up any communications sent and received by both ships and stations on open frequencies within a certain range. They are not one-use objects; a satellite can be deployed in one location, then deactivated and picked back up in a ship, then redeployed in a new location.
